Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy: Our order processing occurs on the weekday's of Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-7 days for processing before your order ships, especially during periods of high order volume. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking information. If you have specific timing requirements, kindly leave a note at checkout, and we'll endeavor to accommodate you. Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an extra fee. Please reach out to us via email for any order-related inquiries or requests.
We use USPS Shipping: Please allow up to 1-5 Business Days, for delivery (depending on the shipping location) Delivery with a confirmation is a requirement on every package.
Please note that Monroee Jewelry is not liable for delivery delays due to unclaimed packages, incorrect shipping addresses, or general USPS delay issues. Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address entered during checkout, as it will be used for shipping your order precisely. Additionally, Monroee Jewelry bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, please contact USPS to file a claim. Once orders are in the hands of the postal service, we lack additional information beyond what's provided by the tracking number. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Local Pick-Up Policy: As we are based in Philadelphia, PA local pick-up is available for our customers in some instances. If you would like to Pick-Up an item you must email us. Pick-Up hours vary depending on the time and day. If your order is placed during business hours same day pick-up is available in most cases it will be available next day. This will all be communicated via email!
Return Policy: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sanitary reasons. We take pride in our jewelry and each item is properly examined before shipment and properly packaged to avoid damaging.
